Azan not playing on Alexa

Check that the Masjids.Live skill is enabled in your Alexa app. Make sure Do Not Disturb is turned off for the device, and that the volume is turned up. Try saying "Alexa, open Masjids Live" to test manually.

Can't find my mosque

Submit your mosque via the dashboard. We review and add new mosques regularly, typically within a few days. You can also use a nearby mosque in the meantime.

Wrong prayer times showing

Check your calculation method in settings. Common options are ISNA for North America, MWL for Europe, and Umm Al-Qura for Gulf countries. Switching methods often resolves time discrepancies.

Google Cast not discovering speaker

Ensure your phone and the Cast-enabled speaker are on the same Wi-Fi network. Guest networks and IoT-isolated VLANs will prevent discovery. Try toggling Wi-Fi off and on, then relaunch the app.
